Automatic Stretch Wrapping Systems

Orbital Stretch Wrapping Systems
Orion's Constellation Series of orbital stretch wrapping systems are well-suited for wrapping long products that can't be wrapped on conventional turntable or rotary tower machines. The Constellation is available in a wide variety of configurations including ring sizes from 15" to 90" inches to accommodate a variety of load sizes.
Specialty Stretch Wrapping Systems
Over the years, Orion has been asked to apply our state-of-the-art stretch packaging technology to unique applications in which standard stretch wrapping systems were not sufficient. As a result, Orion has become known in the industry for being willing and able to provide custom stretch wrapping machines for specialty applications. Some of these systems have, in turn, become standard specialty models through customers that have applied them to their unique applications.
Thus, making stretch wrap packaging available to industries that, otherwise, would have continued to rely on other unitizing means such as strapping, corrugated, shrink bundling, etc. With well over 100 years of collective experience in our electrical and mechanical engineering departments alone, Orion has the capabilities to design a stretch wrap packaging system for most any application.
Semi-Automatic Vertical Bagging Machines
Rennco is the industry leader in coated "seal bar" technology. With over 30 years of experience and development dedicated to this sealing system, all Rennco Vertical L-Bar Sealers are equipped with a unique sealing assembly to seal polyethylene, polyolefin and PVC films.

Semi-Automatic Horizontal Bagging Machines
As an authorized agent for Hugo Beck we also carry horizontal packaging systems capable of running various products on one machine with speeds up to 80 bags/min. These machines operate manually or automatically with polyolefin and polyethylene centerfolded packaging material.
Medical Device Lift Seal Heat Sealing Equipment
The Rennco Lift Seal Heat Sealer is a digitally controlled, compact, lightweight table top sealer capable of sealing flat or gusseted paper/plastic, TYVEC, Autopak, and dust cover pouches. The model 18-LS seals pouches up to 18" wide and model 24-LS seals pouches up to 24" wide, both with a 1/2" wide seal.
