Integrated Form, Pack & Seal Systems

Semi Automatic Case Formers
Wexxar/BEL semi-automatic case forming / case erecting equipment is designed specifically for manual case packing lines. The case formers / case erectors provide an economical and effective way of reducing the amount of manual labor required to pre-form cases for hand packing lines.

Fully Automatic Case Formers
Wexxar/BEL offers the WF series of fully automatic case forming / case erecting equipment. These case formers / case erectors are designed for sustained, high-speed applications.
The WF series of fully automatic case formers / case erectors consists of the Wexxar WF10 case former / case erector, Wexxar WF20 case former / case erector & the Wexxar WF30 case former / case erector. This fully automatic machinery features a mechanical, no-vacuum pin & dome case erecting system and precision case squaring system. Options for Hot-melt glue or pressure-sensitive tape bottom sealing are available. You can also purchase an optional Automatic Case Former / Case Erector Toolbox or Toolkit.
Case Sealing Systems
Wexxar/BEL offers case sealing systems for a number of different applications. The case sealing systems are comprised of pressure sensitive tape case sealing equipment, hot melt glue case sealing equipment & flange sealers.

Pressure Sensitive Tape Case Sealing Equipment
The pressure sensitive tape case sealers that Wexxar/BEL offers are able to produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap tape sealing. The pressure sensitive tape case sealing equipment features a heavy-duty drive system which ensures cases leave the machine squarely taped.

Hot Melt Glue Case Sealing Equipment
Hot melt glue sealers from Wexxar/BEL produce gap-free, tightly butted top flap sealing by applying adhesive consistently and accurately. There are two models of hot melt glue case sealers offered, the Wexxar WSH - Hot Melt Glue Case Sealer and the BEL 270 - Hot Melt Glue Case Sealer.
The hot melt glue case sealers offer a heavy duty drive system feature which ensures cases retain their shape and alignment in every application. The hot melt glue case sealing equipment is able to accommodate a wide range of case sizes.
Flange Sealers
The fully automatic flange sealers are designed for sustained, heavy-duty & around the clock applications. The three applications that Wexxar/BEL & IPak offer are the Wexxar AFS Fully Automatic Flange Sealer, IPak FS-100/200 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer & IPak FS-300 Fully Automatic Flange Sealer.

Tray & Bliss Forming Systems
IPak manufactures and offers a number of tray forming equipment and bliss forming equipment. This forming equipment is used for industrial, agricultural & distribution applications and is designed for heavy duty, around the clock operation.
The tray forming equipment that IPak offers consists of the fully automatic line of tray formers, custom tray formers & custom tray packers. The other forming equipment offered by IPak are the fully automatic bliss formers, tray stackers, sleeve wrappers & the ability to match tray design to tray former.
IPak Fully Automatic Tray Formers
IPak offers a number of fully automatic tray forming systems. These tray formers are able to form all standard tray styles including produce trays, complex retail display trays as well as trays for bakery, meat packing and food processing. The tray formers that IPak offers are available for both glue sealed trays and self-locking trays.

IPak Fully Automatic Bliss Formers
IPak offers fully automatic bliss forming equipment. These bliss formers automatically form engineered 3-piece cases that balance maximum stacking strength with economical use of corrugated board.
The IPak bliss machine that is offered is the ABH Fully Automatic Tray Former. This bliss forming machine is able to deliver superb performance, operator safety and quality assurance.
IPak Tray Stackers
IPak tray stackers gently stack your trays in pre-programmed configurations for easy palletizing or distribution. A programmable counter on the tray stacker allows for optimal stack height for different tray depths. Fully automatic in-feed control and out-feed pushers contribute to the ease of operating the tray stacking equipment.
The tray stackers from IPak consist of the TS-100 Tray Stacker, TS-200 Tray Stacker, BS-100 Tray Stacker & DS-100 Tray De-Stacker. All tray stackers from IPak have completely independent controls including PLC and are fully adjustable to accept various sizes and depths of trays. Like all IPak machinery, our stackers and de-stackers are known for reliability, dependability and value.
IPak Sleeve Wrappers
IPak's fully automatic sleeve wrappers are engineered to withstand the rigors of heavy-duty industrial applications. The SP Series sleeve wrappers partially form the sleeve, insert the product in the specified configuration and then fold and seal the sleeve creating a display ready package. The sleeve wrappers operating speeds and throughput are ideal for low volume or low speed applications.
Like all IPak machinery, the SP Series sleeve wrappers are known for reliability, dependability and value. BantamPro Case Packer Series
The Brenton BantamPro Series TOP LOAD CASE PACKERS provide customers with a flexible alternative to upgrade their manual low speed hand pack operations. The BantamPro L and ELS case packers occupy similar floor space on the packaging line as hand pack operations, with the added benefit of fully automatic performance. The BantamPro Series case packers are a good solution for contract packers, specialty product makers, limited time offers and new product launches.

Orbital Stretch Wrapping Systems
Orion's Constellation Series of orbital stretch wrapping systems are well-suited for wrapping long products that can't be wrapped on conventional turntable or rotary tower machines. The Constellation orbital stretch wrapper is available in a wide variety of configurations including ring sizes from 15" to 90" inches to accommodate a variety of load sizes.
Specialty Stretch Wrapping Systems
Over the years, Orion has been asked to apply our state-of-the-art stretch packaging technology to unique (custom) applications in which standard stretch wrapping systems were not sufficient. Medical Device Lift Seal Heat Sealing Equipment
The Rennco Lift Seal Heat Sealer is a digitally controlled, compact, lightweight table top heat sealing machine. The heat sealing machinery is capable of sealing flat or gusseted paper/plastic, TYVEC, Autopak, and dust cover pouches. The model 18-LS lift seal heat sealer seals pouches up to 18" wide. The 24-LS model heat sealing machine seals pouches up to 24" wide. Both the 18-LS and 24-LS heat sealing machines have a 1/2" wide seal.
