This automatic vertical bulk packaging packager provides consistent-continuous production for items such as lottery pogs, bottle caps, puzzle pieces, and many other items that require bulk packaging. This packager is easily interfaced with scales, counters and/or feeders for automatic loading.
The Rennco Model CCL (cup counter/loader) will accept paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The CCL accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source. Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a Rennco Packager via conveyor.
Wexxar's WF10 is a fully automatic case former / case erector that showcases an omni-handed feature which allows case packers to form both right-handed and left-handed cases on the same machine. The case forming / erecting equipment is great for customers with multiple product sizes.
